Our Head Chef Biography

Our unique catering business is prominently known for putting our Guest first. He ultimately believes that treating all employees with empathy and respect is the key to success and that is the one solid foundation that we have built on. We take pride in ourselves on providing outstanding customer service in order to guarantee that all of our clients are 100% satisfied. Going the extra mile is our basic standard. We don't rest until the customer wants and needs are met and that is 100% guaranteed.

Claud Grant

Founder and CEO Claud Grant, Jamaican Born, took an interest into the catering business at the age of 15 and never looked back. He began his work experience at the Holiday Inn resort in JA whilst completing his Food Tech Examinations.

Straight after finishing high school, he took up employment in a 5* property where he was for 3years before moving to USA, where he continued his personal development. 

After 3years in the states, still hunger to learn more, He moved to to the United Kingdom, where he continued his pursuit. He worked with a few Michelin-Starred Chefs along the way, likes of Michelle Roux Jnr , Gordon Ramsay and renowned British Chef Mark Broadbent, winner of the 2007 Great British Menu.

He has gained the definition, the confidence and experience as a Head Chef, working in various top London hotels, and after 17years in the industry, He has now decided it's now time for him to develop his own concept and offer what he knows to be the missing piece in hospitality. 

This is why he created his own concept in the shape of Vanilla Pod by Claud's Kitchen, there is something for every class.
